▸ Where are you based?
Right now, I'm shipping everything from California, USA.

▸ What's your return policy? 
No returns or exchanges after the checkout process. All sales are final!

▸ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I try to keep shipping as affordable as possible, so please be understanding if the shipping rates differ for your country! 

▸ Have you shipped my order yet?
You will get a confirmation email/message from me if I've shipped your order!
PLEASE be understanding if your order takes longer to ship, especially if it is a preorder item.

▸ Will you ever bring 'x' item back into stock?
All preorder items will usually have a stock sale after I have shipped everything out! However, there is no actual set date for the restocking of any items on this shop.
